Forester chainsaw pants
This is my second pair and I love how they fit way better than chaps. Chaps have straps that go around the legs and are kind of a pain to put on but the forester pant are just like blue jeans and not as heavy as chaps. I can move around in them and not get the feeling that I’m getting bogged down. Would like to see some bigger waist sizes for my son he’s a bigger man length is prefect at 32”.

Good value for protection
I just ordered my second pair. I have climbed trees several times this week with them. They are lightweight and not too hot to work in. They are comfortable and the vents are a nice touch. I think a few improvements would make them great. Front pockets are useless since you can barely get your hands in but, sawdust does. Back pockets are tight, but useable. The pants need knee pads for abrasion protection. I don't mind the hook closure but, the button should be a snap. Overall, I think the pants are good for the occasional user. A production climber/groundie just starting in the industry could wear them.

Not bad for the price!
Just picked up a pair of these and was actually surprised at how nice they are! I was unsure of the quality seeing as they are more than half price from what other companies are making. But after a few days of wearing them, I'm rather happy with the quality of the materials! I plan in picking up a few more pairs in the near future!! I highly recommend these if you're on the fence about quality! I only wish there were zippers on the front pockets and the one fastener was a snap/button. I5 seems like a flimsy piece of metal that clips together and I'm worried I'm going to snag it or bend it when I put them on.
