1. Free shipping applies to orders that the customer agrees that entire order will be shipped at one time. If an item is on Back order, the entire order will be held until shipped in full.
2. Split shipment deliveries will incur shipping charges if they do not meet or exceed a subtotal of $60.

4. All orders will be held for full shipment. Multiple shipments, if requested, may incur additional charges.

How Does Each Method Ship?
We attempt to get each package to you in the fastest and most cost effective way. We use 2 different shipping methods to help serve you.
- Saver - Ships a combination of 2 shipping methods. Smaller/lighter orders will ship via USPS First Class, and Larger/Heavier orders ship via FedEx SmartPost
- Ground - Ships a combination of FedEx Ground and USPS Priority mail depending on your physical location
- Alaska & Hawaii (Estimate Only) - Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates are only an estimate given on our website. We try to look at different ZIP codes and average weights per order to come up with a close cost. Sometimes it will be less and for larger orders way more! We will contact you regarding shipping if the cost is more than the actual charge. However, If it is less we will modify the order cost and ship it right out. Please Note that this method only ships from our PA warehouse. Certain items may be required to be transferred to the PA
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Listed below are average transit times depending on which method your item is shipped, during normal service periods. Every order will receive a tracking number that will show an exact delivery time.
- USPS Priority - Typically delivered between 2 and 3 days to most locations in the U.S.
- USPS First Class - Typically delivered between 4 and 8 days to most locations in the U.S.
- FedEx Ground - Typically delivered Between 1 - 5 Business Days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code.
- FedEx Smartpost - Transit Times typically 2 to 8 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. ***Depending on the final delivery address delivery times could take over the 8 business days***
Refund & Returns
We will accept the return of any order within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number, or if they show any signs of use. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipment, we will refund the original purchase price of that item(s), minus a 10-20% restocking fee. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging and show no signs of use.

Restocking Fee Schedule:
- If your order total was under $60, the restocking fee is 10%.
- If you ordered multiple items totaling over $60 and received free shipping on your order and the return item takes you under the free shipping threshold, you will receive a credit for the item, minus the restocking free and shipping price that your order would have been without the returned item.
- If you ordered a single item which qualified for free shipping, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
While our site uses real-time inventory, there are times when quantities may be off and an item you ordered is not in stock. In this instance, we will back order items. You will be notified which items are not in stock and you will have an option to hold the back order or cancel those items. If your order qualifies for free shipping, your other items will be held and all items shipped complete.
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for processing, which makes it difficult to cancel an order once placed. While we will do what we can to assist you with an order cancel request, many times it is simply not possible. If you need to cancel an order you placed, please call 570-823-0046 immediately so we can advise you if the order is able to be cancelled or not. If it can't be cancelled, your order can be returned by following our return policy.
Why does my product look different than the photo?
Every once in a while you may come across an item that does not match the product photo 100%. This is usually due to innovation and us continually updating our products. While this happens very infrequently, we may have a different version available with the same identical specifications that we will send out to keep you working. Rest assured this item is exactly what you ordered, with a slight variation of appearance. If you are unsure when you receive your item, please reach out to us so we can double check everything is correct.
