Stihl Hexa Chainsaw Chain - 3/8, .050 - 33RH

I bought 2 of these and it's just fine. I haven't had many hours behind these chains, but so far so good. What I can truly comment on is the Customer Service. I ordered the wrong size chains and the exchange was painless. Everything was completed online. I called the hotline and spoke with Jen. She took care of the whole process in a professional, efficient manner. I had bought a saw that week and regret that I didn't choose Forrester since they were not responsive at all. Forrester will continue to have my business after this interaction. I'm at an age where ordering items that require a size or if I've hadn't seen the thing in person makes me hesitant. It's great to have comfort that Forrester has a human that I can have dialogue with about these things. +1
